About the product
This is a crunchy pickle made with a few spices, to make it more palatable, with minimal oil, and salt, with the extra goodness of Gralic. This pickle has a very refreshing sour taste and it lingers on in your mouth leaving it refreshed and is very appetizing too. This can be served as a side for porridge/rice/chapati. I like to use it a little more daringly in my stuffing of paranthas also.
The amla is majorly allowed to cook in the sun so retaining most of its benefits.
