A simple humble Flattened rice tossed with curd and some other simple ingredients like coriander, cucumber, pomegranate.

Instructions
  1. Soak poha for two to three minutes till soft
  2. Now drain it and add to a bowl, and add Curd, cucumber, ginger, chillies and salt.
  3. Temper with ghee cumin, mustard seeds and curry leaves
  4. Garnish with Coriander leaves, pomegranate.
Recipe Notes

I have used thick poha.

If using thin poha , do not soak, just wash and follow the rest of the steps.
